I am so excited to share some of my favorite FASTer Way to Fat Loss® approved dessert recipes with you all.

I don’t know about you, but I have a GIANT sweet tooth. I am sure that part of the reason is because I am insulin resistant and have polycystic ovarian syndrome, known as PCOS.
